Can not locate my site
-
Hello, I hired a website builder in March of this year to assist with my website. This individual did not complete the job, and changed the passwords such that I no longer have access to back-end of my website to make any changes. The site still appears online. When I log into this account, which used to display my website pages, it now says I do not have a website. Is there any way that WordPress Customer Support can locate the account that is now hosting my site?
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hi there, our support can’t help with this, as it is not hosted on our services. It does use a free copy of WordPress, however that’s managed directly by you (or your web developer) and we wouldn’t have access to it.
Are you using /wp-admin to log in?
If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
