can not log in to account

    This is out companys old account. our previous IT person set up a new one for us. the login and password for the new account isnt working, and i cant reset the password bc he had it set up with his credentials. I am the new media manager and i need to get in to the account. i know that the login was administrator but that is all. i am getting an error when i use the link he provided before he left.
