Can not log in to my word press account

  Can’t login on my wordpress account on both of my sites. When I click recover – it doesnt recogbize nor my email, nor my username… it says the account doesnt exist
  One site is https://evcconsultancy.com/, hosted with IONOS
  Other site is https://www.step2go.net/, hosted with Hostgator

  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Unknown
  Correct account: Unknown

  None of these sites are running on the wordpress.com platform that’s why you can’t log in through here. The only way to log in to your sites is at …/wp-admin using the credentials you choose when you set up your sites.
