Can not log into our Separating Together Word Press.

  I am new, been with CDSS for 2 months. We are all working from home, and I need to access the Separating Together website to update with the latest on how to reach us, with the Coronavirus shelter in place. All of the copies I have of log in information is not accurate for Separating Together. I can log in our CDSS but not this one. Please advise on how you can assisst me with this. Thanks very much.
