can not upload media in my account

    When I try to upload an image(jpg) in Media, error message comes back saying ‘1 file could not be uploaded because an error occured while uploading’

    I have webhosting at blue host and the storage is not full. I cleared browser data and all cookies. Still see the error. Please help.

    Since your site is hosted by Bluehost you need to contact them regarding your issue.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us (WordPress.com). For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
