Can not upload new media

  When i go in to upload new files onto a page, the upload files button doesn’t respond to me. It doesn’t load or give me an error. The page just sits there and doesn’t respond no matter how many times i click on the upload media button.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

  I am working from the dashboard. I click ‘pages’–‘all pages’–select the page i want–Then i select ‘add media’ on the top left side of the editing page–then i hit the ‘select files’ button in the middle of the page. The ‘select files’ button is the one that does not respond to me.

  I have cleared out my cache and cookies.

  Thanks for the information!

  Unfortunately, I’m unable to reproduce this issue, so I believe it may be independent to your computer/setup.

  Can you try using a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox? Usually those browsers are a bit more stable and recommended with WordPress.com.

  Very cool!

  For Internet Explorer, try disabling all browser extensions. That may help. But, glad it’s working on Chrome!
