Can not upload videos

  Error message: 1 file could not be uploaded because an error occurred while uploading.

  I booked the Jetpack plan to use VideoPress on my WordPress installation, but for some reason, I’m not able to upload my files.

  I tested via the browser and the official WordPress app.

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  We’re not seeing any active Jetpack plans for this site. Can you double-check that a paid plan was purchased for this site?

  Also, since your site uses the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere, you’d need to post on the WordPress.org support forum for help with your site.
