can only log into wp-admin

    i was added as an admin toedit a website, and can log into wp-admin just fine
    but then i tried going to gravatar from my profile menu which brings me to log in with my wordpress info
    so i try to log in with my username and password, or my email and password and i cannot log in
    it says my credentials do not exist or are incorrect
    which i know isnt true, i have an email asking me to set up my password, and i log in and edit just fine with wp-admin
    also this is not for the account i am currently on, i had to make a new account through a new email to try to contact to get this resolved.

    What do you mean by your “profile menu?” Can you provide the address of the page you are referring to?

    this is not for the account i am currently on, i had to make a new account through a new email to try to contact to get this resolved.

    What is the username of the account you are referring to in the above request, and what is the address (URL), if any, of the primary website associated with the username?
