Can only see ‘My Blog’ as an option in the main WP admin screen

  I just did an install of WP. I was expecting to see in the upper left menu bar a choice for ‘My Website’ and ‘My Blog’ I only see My Blog. That is working fine, but I am unable to pick an option to go in and create the Website itself. Did I not install a component I should have?
