  Can podcasts be downloaded directly from my WordPress site? Also, how can I add the iTunes link to the podcast post?

  Can podcasts be downloaded directly from my WordPress site?

  You can set up a podcast on your WordPress.com site by following this guide: Podcasting

  When you add the podcast episode to your blog post, you can include a download link where visitors can download the audio file. This page describes the process for creating download links for documents, but it works the same for audio files: Uploading Documents

  Also, how can I add the iTunes link to the podcast post?

  You can add any link to your blog posts by following the steps described here: Links
