Can someone access my emails

    Hi,
    My developer created my account at word press which is KanooteSoft
    But when I tried logging in direct at your site. it did not recognise it which can you help why ?

    Also can my developers attach their emails to get emails to them self as well when ever any of my client contact me via my website contact form.i am feeling that my developers could read that email because they might have attach their email address at the backened which could leak information regarding my clients .can you help me me. can I make my account secure that no one else could get emails ?

    What is your site’s URL?

    You’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. If your site was created using the open source WordPress software made by the community on WordPress.org, you won’t see it here in your WordPress.com account which you only created yesterday.

    To log into your site you need to use the credentials for the admin account specific to that site. Your developer should have provided those to you when they handed the site over to you.

    It’s possible that your developers could have set up email notifications for your contact form, but that would depend on what contact form plugin you’re using, and only support for that plugin would be able to advise you on how to fix that.
