Can Someone Please Call Me

    I have 3 wordpress sites and they somehow all ended up under different wordpress.com accounts..bmazzola1, bnmazzola and one other one infoXXX?

    I want to have them all on one account but can’t figure out how to fix the issue. I have chatted multiple times and been sent instructions all to no avail. Will someone please call me and walk me through it? My cell phone number is [redacted for privacy]. Thank you.

    Hi! I’m going to remove your phone number. We aren’t in a call center, and these are public forums — I don’t want random people calling you pretending to be us.

    We can definitely help, though! Here are the basic steps:

    1) Decide which account you want to keep.

    2) Make sure it’s got the email address you want to use. We can help you fix that if needed.

    3) Log into each of the other accounts using an Incognito Window in chrome, and complete these steps: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

    Once you have one account and all of the sites you want to keep in one place, you can close the other two accounts: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/
