Can You Help Me Understand How This URL Is Linked To My Site?

    While working on disavowing toxic links to bwisecontractors.ca I cam e across a link to the URL ‘https://bwisecontractors.ca/css-template-f2940-2df77-sitemap-website-free-for’. The URL is for what appears to be an old HTTP website (which I do not believe was a WordPress site) that has links to webpages on the existing HTTPS site. How to I get rid of this so hackers quit using it as a backdoor to accessing images from my site? Can you at least point me in the direction of the right business to ask? Your assistance is greatly appreciated as this has me stumped.
