Can you please transfer my WordPress.com followers to my WordPress.org blog?

  I recently moved my WordPress.com blog (http://cooktolove.com) to a self-hosted site through WordPress.org. I kept the same domain name, purchased through WordPress, and kept the same registrar. I only changed the name servers from WordPress.com’s to Bluehost’s. I am using the Jetpack plugin on the new site. I have over 500 WordPress.com followers on the old blog (now http://cooktolove.wordpress.com): 494 via WordPress.com Reader and 13 via e-mail. Can you please help me transfer their subscriptions to the new site so they’ll receive updates when I publish a post?

  We are only able to move e-mail subscribers to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. WordPress.com subscribers are part of the WordPress.com ecosystem and currently not-transferable.

  If you still want me to move your subscribers, please let me know.
