Can you release information accidentally registered incorrectly?

    Hi. I accidentally registered my preferred url and clicked ahead for the premium but only want to try out the free version. I tried to go back and edit the problem but it won’t let me. Is there anyway to release the information/email address/user name?

    What is the URL you tried to purchase the premium upgrade to have please? I tagged this thread for Staff assistance with cancelling. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. Note there is a backlog so you will have to wait patiently for Staff help.
