Can you renew my domain please? The renew option is not available.

  Hi there. I would like to renew my domain but the renew option is not visible.
  Your note states I should contact you if this is the case.

  One or more of your domain subscriptions has expired. You can renew your domain subscriptions by clicking the “Renew” button in My Upgrades. If your domain registration has expired and you can’t see the “Renew” button in My Upgrades, you should contact support immediately.

  Hi there, your domain name expired nearly a year ago, and was released back into the pool of available domain names.

  The good news is that it’s still available! You should now be able to register it again, like any new domain, following these instructions.
