Can you tell me how to change my blog's time zone to Eastern Time Zone?

  I am trying to change the time zone that appears at the header of my site stats to the Eastern Time Zone (US). It is currently five hours off, and I don’t know how to change it, but hope you can help me with the answer.

  You can change that via Settings -> General in your blog’s Dashboard.
