Canape Featured Menu Sections Help

Hey everyone. I have my home page build out, but I seem to be having issues with the links tied to the Featured Menu Sections. As you can see, I am not using this theme for a restaurant. I’m trying to use it for a simple website for a honey company. I was going to use the Featured Menu Sections to list the benefits of the honey. Is it possible to change the links that are attached to this section?

Even if it isn’t possible, I think I can work around the pages that the Featured Menu Sections take you to. However, those pages aren’t working for me. When I first set up the section and clicked on one, I was sent to a menu like page. However, that isn’t happening anymore. Any clue how to get this populated page to show back up?

Also – I’d like to add a header image (in similar fashion as the other pages) to the blog page. I have a featured image set in the page settings, just like the other pages, but the image does not show up. Is it possible to add an image somehow?

    Thanks!

    -Bill

  • Hi Bill –

My suggestion would be to set up an additional page listing the benefits of the honey rather than using featured menu section.

Go to My Sites – Pages – Add

Title it something like, “benefits” and then you’ll list those benhttp://crossridgefarm.wordpress.com/efits on that page. The page can easily be added in to your site menu next to the other pages.

Click My Sites – Customizer – Menu – Add Item – Page – “Benefits”

Let me know if you need any more help with that.
