Hello there,
We need details please.
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.
If you are not logged in under the correct username then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

Hi there,
I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. What is the domain URL? To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

That’s my problem. I created this domain four years ago for a project and forgot and the site allowed me to create another domain with the same email. That domain is eastcoast2westcoast.net. This is the one I would like to cancel. It is associated with the email for both accounts.

You cannot have two different accounts with the same e-mail, but that is not the issue here. eastcoast2westcoast.net is not hosted here – it is hosted by Bluehost.com. You’ll need get in them in regards to gaining access to the domain:
