  I have two blogs under the same email. I want to cancel the first blog and keep the second. where do I go to cancel it? will it cancel the second blog as well?

  Which site are you wanting to delete?

  If you want to permanently delete your site, please first empty it of all the contents by following the guide below:

  and then completely delete it by following the steps outlined here:
