  I am trying to cancel. I went to the purchases page selected upgrade but am not seeing the remove option. Can you help me out with this please?

  There are no purchases on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to. Which site was the purchase for?

  I never purchased anything yet was charged $13 by wordpress on my credit card. The charge was made by WPCHRG.COM WPCHRG.COM on March 13, 2017. When I tried looking it up on the Word Press site they say they have no record of such a charge.
