  That’s also my confusion received a email receipt confirmation #22729647 from worldpress of $13.00

  At what email address did you receive the receipt? And does it mention a site URL or a domain in the receipt?

  Please log out of your startlineguide account, and then log in as the setupboost account and reply here to confirm, and I can cancel and refund the mapping upgrade for you. But I can only do so if you reply here as the setupboost username account.

  I already login has setupboost and cancel the subscription and request the refund. Hopefully this will be enough to move on let me know if I have to do something else, otherwise.

  Thanks for replying as the correct account. I’ve processed the refund for your domain mapping renewal. You should receive it in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
