  Hi! I just got charged $114 for a WordPress account that I never used. Can you tell me how I can cancel it and if it’s possible to get a refund on the charge? Thank you!

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  gigibjams.wordpress.com, belongs to the account you’re using to post here, gigibjams, and is on our free plan. This account has never bought any paid upgrade from us.

  https://growingheartsandminds.wordpress.com/ belongs to a completely different WordPress.com account, but it also does not have any paid upgrades connected to it.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
