Once again, as staff-blorbo also asked you above, please do not post sensitive information like that in the public forums. Anyone with an internet connection can see it here, and potentially use it to claim ownership of your account.
We’ve asked you multiple times in this thread to submit that info via the account recovery form, as that would allow us to verify your info and help you regain access privately via email.
As you’ve provided a valid transaction ID we’ve refunded the payment. But in order to completely cancel those upgrades you will have to be logged into the correct account.
Please submit that transaction ID via our account recovery form so we can help you with that.
