  How can we cancel with you effective immediately. Our pastor signed up a year ago and we have not been using the account. now, we have been charged for another year. I have very little information but need to cancel and get a refund.

  This account is only 22 minutes old and it’s obvious that charge was made to another account. Make sure you are logged in to the account that got charged, that account is the only one that can cancel that purchase.
