Hello – I just got a renewal for WordPress and was billed. I meant to cancel and never logged in and have actually never used your product. I apologize for missing the deadline. Is there any way I can please be refunded and cancel my subscription?

Yes, I’d be glad to help. When reviewing the account you are signed in with and using here – I can see that the last purchase was $35.88 on 2017-07-26.
It sounds like the charge you’ve reported must be connected to a different user account. Are you able to sign in to that account and post back here?
