    japantravellingcom.wordpress.com is a free site and never had any upgrades. If you’re referring to japantravelling.com (connected to japantravellingdotcom.wordpress.com), then that site is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to.

    That site has already been closed, and a refund has been issued. If you performed that action, there’s nothing else to be done, and you should see the refund in your card statement within 10 business days.
