    I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? If this is related to Espilar.com please note that we do not host your site so we don’t have any billing related to it.

    I do see that it appears to be hosted with Siteground when I look at the domain name server (NS) addresses here: https://gwhois.org/Espilar.com+dns

    Please contact Siteground directly and they should be able to help you cancel any billing you have for your site. Thanks!
