    I need to cancel my website and everything associated with it TODAY so I don’t get billed again. I have never used the website because it was too complicated. With no phone support. I have no interest in using it. Also, I am retired on a very limited income and it is imperative that I cancel this account today and that you not charge anything automatically please write back immediately, thank you

    I see that you canceled your domain and the WordPress.com Explorer plan. You will not be billed again, as your site is now on the free plan. However, note that you risk losing the domain by canceling it.

    If you plan to use the domain in the future, we recommend restoring it and keeping it active. You can keep it canceled if you have no plans to use it again.
