  How do I remove a plan so that I can cancel the domain?

  The account that bought the plan and domain can cancel it at any time from the Purchases page, or they can contact support for help doing it. In your site’s case, that account is matthernandez182

  You are not the owner of the upgrades on http://independencecapitalgroup.com/, so we cannot make any changes to those upgrades at your request.

  If you also own the matthernandez182 account, log into that account, and then go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ to cancel your upgrades.
