Cancel Accidental Purchase

  My son purchased a domain by accident and we need to cancel the purchase. I have tried to find someone to speak with by phone but have not been successful.

  Typically, you can cancel and refund these via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases in accordance with our refund policy https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  However, instead you initiated a chargeback dispute with your credit card provider: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/

  We can still issue a refund for this, but not while the chargeback dispute is active. Once you have canceled that dispute with your credit card provider, we’ll be happy to issue a refund.
