  My son accidentally paid for an annual subscription $540, and we need to cancel immediately.

  It looks like you have filed a dispute with your bank over this charge. Once a dispute has been filed, the issue is out of our hands and we cannot process the refund.

  If you wish to cancel the dispute, we will be happy to refund the purchase. Otherwise, you will need to wait until your bank has gone through the dispute process.
