  I want to cancel this account and be issued a refund for the $99 transaction.

  https://creativesolutionspecialists.wordpress.com/ hasn’t been updated since 2012. Is that the site with an upgraded plan you no longer require?

  Or do you perhaps need to be logged into a different account where you will be able to manage your purchases.

  This has not been used since 2012 and I no longer want it. I had $99 taken from my PayPal Account that I am asking to have refunded immediately. Do not bill me again.
