  Hi,
  I have got the following message:
  ‘The G Suite account ‘ (email visible only to moderators and staff) ‘ added to your domain ‘gamedesignfactory.com’ will renew automatically in 14 days. You don’t have to do anything — this is just a reminder.
  You will be charged €76 for this renewal on June 14, 2019. This price does not include any applicable taxes which will vary based on your billing address. The charge will be made on your Visa [redacted], and will appear in the statement as WPCHRG.COM.
  See all your purchases and manage them under your account.’

  Let me summarise: You (wordpress.com) is charging my credit card 76Euro which is a Gsuite account. I would expect that I go to my wordpress.com account to cancel the subscription.
  However, it the dashboard info on my WordPress account saying that no charge is coming up and no credit card information is saved, and there is no explanation who (if not wordpress.com) has my credit card info and how can I cancel. It is shady.
  Please cancel the Gsuite account manually!

  Hi there,

  Please don’t post highly sensitive information like credit card numbers, even partial numbers, in a public forum where anyone on the internet can see it.

  The account you’re using to post here was created only 7 hours ago, and doesn’t own any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.

  The domain, gamedesignfactory.com, and the associated G Suite upgrade belong to a completely different account. We can only cancel these upgrades if that account requests it.

  We’ve also received a separate support request from the correct account, and we’re already helping there. Please follow up in that email ticket should you need any more help with this.
