Cancel account and be sure my domain name was not transferred from Strikingly

    Hi there!

    I’ve decided to stay with Strikingly instead of moving to WordPress + Woo. How do I cancel my account with WordPress and be sure that my domain name does not move from Strikingly? I put in this request yesterday and I think I remember there was an action where I initiated a move of my domain name from Strikingly.

    HI there,

    It is not possible to transfer a domain to WordPress.com, so whatever you did at Strikingly, there is no way at all that it would have moved the domain over to us.

    You don’t even have a free site with us, so there it nothing on your account that can be cancelled. WordPress.com username accounts cannot be deleted.
