Cancel account and refund

  I don’t want to use this and when I looked at the account before it was to renew there was no credit card on the account. Now I got charged 120 for a subscription. But there is no credit card on the account that I see and I got charged 120 on the credit card that I used the first time but when looked at it there is no credit card on the account. Need a refund and the account cancelled

  @worldchef72 there are no charges under the account you’re using to post here so, as @staartmees mentioned, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

  If the charge comes from WordPress.com, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
