Cancel Account – No Customer Support

  Hi there,

  I’ve tried multiple times to access my account, with no luck. Password reset does not work. I’ve also had no luck contacting customer support

  I would like to cancel my website: cbrclean.com.au – We have recently closed the business and no longer have any need for the website.

  We have already cancelled hosting services with GoDaddy.

  Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

  I do not see any upgrades under your @canberracommercialcleaner WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that cbrclean.com.au is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @canberracommercialcleaner login.
