Cancel account without password

  Hi, I am trying to close an account for which I am getting billed. The trouble is, I am unable to log in to that account. I cannot find the right password, and the reset password email is not coming through to the associated email (in fact, nothing is coming through to that email).

  I simply want to cancel the account and/or transfer it to another host before I’m billed again this month. Where can I go to do this? Thanks in advance.
