Cancel and refound

  I’ve tried to get my money back for my Premium, because it didn’t matched my expectations. I’ve said “cancel and refound”, and I wrote an explaination. Then I got a mail with a link.. BUT! When I click it it says “Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.” .. What’s the issue?
