Cancel and Refund

Hi I cannot find where my website http://www.beautyandabuckletlist.com is under. But I was charged to renew the domain. I tried to cancel the charge within the 96-hour window, but have not received anything in reply. I don’t know what email or login is tied to that so I can’t access the billing section. Please help.

I’m not seeing that beautyandabuckletlist.com is a registered domain. Nor do I see that beautyandabuckletlist.wordpress.com exists. Do you have any other information that could help us sort this out?
Perhaps more importantly as far as the refund goes, I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
