I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, I am checking your account and there is no history of any purchases from what I can see. If you do have a subscription, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Do you happen to know what upgrade you purchased or if you have a different account that the upgrade is attached to?
If so, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade to confirm ownership. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
