I have had a really hard time with this service and unfortunately I have tried to cancel this and can not afford to pay for help anymore. I have not utilized the services at all and would like to cancel and please request a refund. If you could please do that I would greatly appreciate it.

We have no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
However, I see that you have a site connected to your account that is hosted by Bluehost. So, I recommend reaching out to them and seeing if you have an active plan with them.

That site is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. To be able to cancel the upgrades, you need to log in to that other account of yours.
