Cancel and Refund

Hello WordPress support,
Since yesterday i try to apply a “Cancel and Refund” request, but untill now the only thing it appears to me its that follow error message: Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.
I already send two emails for (email visible only to moderators and staff) but i dont have any answer from you and i need a resolution.please contact me to resolve this problem.

Hi there,
I’m sorry for the trouble. I just cancelled and fully refunded your WordPress.com Premium upgrade. You can find the receipt for your refund in your account’s Billing History. (Please note it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that.
