  Hi there. I have just cancelled my subscription for my webpage. How can I get a refund? Thanks.

  Hi there,

  Our refund period for plans on WordPress.com is 14 days.

  Your original Personal Plan purchase for your site was in November last year, and your second payment to upgrade that to the Premium Plan was on 13 January, so both payments have long since gone past the refund window.

  If you want I can still restore the Premium Plan to your site. Then you can continue using it until it expires in January 2023. But we’re no longer able to refund those payments.
