Manage your WordPress.com subscriptions from your account profile: view active plans, change payment methods, turn off auto-renewal, or cancel and refund a purchase. This guide shows where to find each option and links to detailed instructions for every task.

WordPress.com plans, domains, and other subscriptions renew automatically by default. Annual subscriptions renew one month before the expiration date; monthly subscriptions renew on the expiration date. To stop a future renewal, turn off automatic renewal before the next billing date.
To view all the purchases you have made on WordPress.com, take the following steps:
- Log into WordPress.com and hover over your profile icon in the top-right of your dashboard.
- Click the “My WordPress.com Account” button to visit your account profile.

- On the side, select the Purchases menu option.

- Under the “Active Upgrades” tab, you’ll find a list of all your current subscriptions on WordPress.com. This will include plans, domains, email, add-ons, and any other purchases you have made with us.
- Click the Billing History tab to view past purchases.
- Click the Payment Methods tab to manage your forms of payment.
