Sure thing. The account you’re using here doesn’t have any purchases attached to it though. You’ll have to sign in to the account where the charge occurred and from there we can evaluate the refund.

I no longer have access to the other account that renewed my membership. Last year I went through the steps to cancel the blog/end the auto-renew process and ditched the account info because I was assured that it would close the account down. I tried to search my old website/blog and it is nowhere to be found.

So, I have no idea what my primary email for the account is and apparently none of my other information is connected to the account. At this point I am exhausted and just want to make sure I don’t get charged again. Should I call my bank and block WordPress.com from my account? This is mind-blowing.

We can use that to refund the charge at least.
