Cancel and refund

    Hi. I thought I had already gone through this process with WordPress. I want to cancel this account and get a refund for the most recent charge.

    Hi there,

    For what exactly would you like a refund? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites, has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you.

    If you’ve received a charge on your credit card saying it’s from “WORDPRESS”, it’s for an site in a different account.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
