Cancel and Refund

    I want to cancel wordpress will I still own the domain name. Sorry, I’m a newb and am having a hard time figuring all this out. I want to keep my domain name because I will be trying again at a later date. However, I want to cancel wordpress because I don’t have time to figure it out right now and I want my money back.

    Hi there,

    You have never bought anything from us. Your site is using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, which is something different from WordPress.com, and is hosted with Siteground.com, so they’re the people you’ve been paying. Please contact them directly for help with this.
