Hi there,
This is now the fourth thread you’ve created on this issue. Please stop creating new threads, and follow the instructions I gave you in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/cancel-domain-815/
Take the transaction ID (that I’ve removed from your post above, as you’ve posted it in a public support forum that anyone on the internet can access) and submit it via our account recovery form as explained at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
Once you have access to the correct account, we’ll be able to help you cancel your upgrades and refund the last renewal payment. We in no way dispute that there has been a charge, but we cannot refund that charge if you’re not contacting us from the account that owns the upgrades.
I’m closing this thread along with all the other duplicates you created. Either submit the account recovery form, or follow the instructions at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to contact our billing support team for help with this.

Please do not post any more personal or transaction information in these forums.
There’s a reason why we’re asking you to use our account recovery or billing support forms – that will allow you to provide the required information privately, without everyone on the internet being able to see it.
