cancel and refund button doesn´t work

  I would want to cancel and refund a worpdress theme but I can’t. The button canel and refund, doesn’t work.

  Please help

  Hi Juan,

  Your site at https://coraldecamaradeburgos.wordpress.com/ is still using the Promenade theme you purchased. Can you please activate a different theme on your site first?

  Then you’ll be able to cancel and refund that theme purchase. If you prefer, I can help you activate a new theme, and I can cancel and refund the theme purchase for you.

  Thank you for your quick response.

  I´ve just activate another free theme but the cancel and refund still not working.

  Hi Juan,

  Sorry for the trouble! I just canceled and refunded your theme purchase for you. (It can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help!
